I would not be able to give in-depth information about how Matchmaking works, as we do not have the intricate details on how it works.

The game will always try and match you against people of a similar skill level, but also one with the best connection and while doing it quickly.

I have checked your account and can see that it is active on there.

But it does appear that you potentially have 2 accounts. Make sure you are logging into the correct one to play the game.

@ottoturboman I have added the TTS to your account, it should be in your Uplay PC Client when you login.

Hey there,

Can you try the steps below and let me know if it resolves your issue?

1) Open the Network and Sharing Center by right clicking on the network icon on your Windows 10 desktop and then select Open Network and Sharing Center.

2) Right click on the network adapter you are looking to change and then select Properties.

3) Uncheck the box for Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv6) and then click OK.
