As long as you have taken down a rogue agent in each of the three Dark Zones, this should trigger the trophy, regardless of your character.

If you're having issues unlocking the trophy after meeting the conditions you will need to contact Playstation Support as trophies are a Playstation feature so we cannot force them to unlock if they aren't when they should normally once steps have been completed.... Read more
