As per our Forum Rules, we kindly ask players refrain from naming and shaming during any disputes.

We have tools in place to review any cheating reports, so if a player is not found to be using any cheats, they will not be sanctioned.

PS Plus and Xbox Live are requirements of their respective platforms for online play (Free to Play titles excluded).

There are no plans to remove this requirement, but we'll pass your feedback on.

There's no written manual for the game I'm afraid, but the below suggestions are a good place to start!

As this is the forum for Rainbow Six: Extraction, where the data centres cannot manually be changed, may we please know if you're referring to Rainbow Six: Siege?

It sounds as though the save may have become corrupted.

If you create a copy of your save and move the original to another location (so only the copy is in your savegame folder) does it load up the same way?

Your saves are located in Documents\Anno 1800\accounts
