By SBB are you referring to MMR?

As you need to complete your placement matches first before you start to see MMR being gained / lost.

I can see you noted your MMR appears to have reset - this is something that can happen when too many of your matches are rolled back due to someone in the game being sanctioned (likely due to cheating).

Due to your MMR having been reset, you will need to complete your placements again to regain your rank.

Hey guys,

Thanks for your continued updates and clarifying this is in regards to the Intel Xe Graphics.

While I understand that Intel are looking into the bluescreen / 'device removed' issues, in terms of Trackmania, I'm afraid the Xe Graphics aren't supported as they fall below the game's requirements.

As per the requirements, a minimum of a GX 660 / R9 270X equivalent or better is required, to which the Xe falls below.

While unfortunately there's nothing we can in do in regards to changing times / leaderboards to re-add you, we'd like to look into what lead up to this to begin with.

While going afk did your PC go to sleep at all / did you disconnect from the game's servers?

And any examples you can share of the times being different would also be appreciated.

@Heydiehey123 - I'm afraid that the Intel Iris Xe Graphics aren't supported as they fall below the game's minimum requirements (GX 660 / R9 270X equivalent or better).

Sorry for the delay and to hear a crash lead to you losing your registration.

We're unable to amend / add player's registrations to TOTD but if find this is happening often, please let us know.

Do you find you tend to generally crash often too?

We are well aware of reports of increased freezes in-game when playing following the hotfix and are investigating.

In the meantime, some players have noted that disabling the overlay has helped while we're still looking into this.

When we have any updates we'll post them here.

The ethernet icon is just the general connectivity issue icon that shows, regardless of if you're using a wired or wireless internet connection.

As for the error you see regarding your Wi-Fi, is this an error you receive in-game or is your entire PC unable to connect to your Wi-Fi network at all?

Thank you for reaching out to us, sorry to hear you're having issues saving / loading the game!

If you haven't yet done so, could you please try verifying the game's files as well as running the game as an admin?

Further to this, as we've had another similar report, could you please try preforming a Benchmark Test (either Dx11 or 12) before playing and let us know if the game then saves correctly?

I've removed the Case IDs for security reasons, but have already pulled and passed on your save files.

The team have also requested additional information, if you could please share;

  • Your DxDiag and engine.ini files
  • Confirm if you're using any mods
  • Does this appear after any time / actions in-game or just when you load into the save?
