Are you still being asked for a key when launching the game?

If so, please try clearing the Ubisoft Connect cache and let us know if there's any changes.

As for signing in to no games, it may be that you're using the wrong account so please check this.

Hey @TheKing42798 ,

Are you attempting to invite an Xbox Friend to play Rainbow Six: Siege with you on PC?

As if so - cross-play isn't supported so this wouldn't be possible.

If you're inviting each other both on Xbox, this should be possible via the Xbox Friends List.

Do you recall what error message or code you receive when attempting to reconnect to the game?

Are you also still unable to reconnect after restarting the game + Ubisoft Connect client? As they maybe struggling to get reconnected following the removal of your cable.

Just an update - the team have advised that from Map Review, players should be able to withdraw submissions if the map isn't approved.

If it has been approved, it cannot then be removed.

Also if possible, could you please provide a screenshot of the page you're looking at / attempting to remove tracks from so we can see if the above applies in your case?

For privacy reasons, we ask players don't share their complete system files via the public forums.

Rather could you just list your core PC components (GPU, CPU, RAM, OS)?

And did you see any changes after performing a system file check?

Hey @Smiley____ ,

2v3 matches are intended and as such, the team with less players would need to push harder to aim for higher placements and the higher value points it delivers.

In your screenshot, your team just falls short with 44 v 45 points.

If you capture any further instances of this, especially during draws, please continue to share them and we'll take a look, but this specific example is working as normal.

Do you have 'Always Display Records' enabled in the Settings?

You can do this by going to Settings > Interface > Ticking the field.

Let us know if you're still unable to view lap records once this has been enabled.
