Thanks for sharing this too based on your experience @Noxious81 , spot on!

We'll keep tabs on this guys, but this appears to be working as designed and we've had no reported issues with any drops, nor is there anything your settings which would impact this.

I can see a Trial version of the game was active on your account so have removed this, just in case it was causing any conflicts. So please give the game another try.

If you're still having the same issue after loading the game after this point, I can see you've already opened a case, where we'll be back in touch with you as soon as possible to look into this further.

Hey guys,

Apologies for the delay!

The Ruthless is part of the Elite Agent Pack which was included with some editions of the game.

It's still available as part of the Ultimate Edition, however the Pack itself isn't available to purchase.

Much like the Lullaby, you'd need the Lvl. 1 Ruthless to be able to upgrade it fully and buy the Convert Blueprints in-game.

Hey @Callter ,

An investigation is open and ongoing into these reported issues regarding progress not being correctly tracked, this is a known issue to the team.

The system is not intentionally designed to only apply progress in some cases and should be counting toward every applicable match, hence the investigation.

When more information is available from this investigation, we'll let you guys know here.
