Does this chest still showing in your HUD / Map also prevent you from being able to complete the Rhine River Raid due to it not correctly registering as collected?

Thank you for getting in touch.

This issue is currently being investigated by the game team.

The more examples we can collect the better though, if you could please;

  • Share a screenshot from in-game showing your level and remaining skill points
  • Ensure you have a current save available on the Cloud


We can then pass this on while they continue to investigate this.

Thank you for getting in touch, I'm sorry you're having issues launching these titles.

Just to confirm, have you also tried using the 'Locate Installed Game' button underneath Download in Ubisoft Connect to select the game's files to see if this helps with the re-installing issue?

This issue was understood to be resolved in patch 1.3.0.

If you're encountering this now, could you please share a video of the issue and confirm what the last quest you completed in-game was?

If you could please also ensure you have a save available in the cloud it'd be appreciated.

As per the AMD FSR site: (https://www.amd.com/en/technologies/fidelityfx-super-resolution), Assassin's Creed: Valhalla currently supports FSR 1.0 (as games running 2.0 are noted specifically).
