As your post has wound up on the Mario + Rabbids forums and it doesn't sound like this is the game you're referring to so I've moved this hopefully to the right place.

Are you referring to For Honor?

If so - I'm afraid not, no there is no cross-progression in For Honor.

Your Xbox and PC copies will have their own progression / purchases.

Hey @nakanoyuu ,

It would certainly be worth a try!

Please be sure to backup any save data before reinstalling though, they can be found in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

The first window prompt when reinstalling the game should ask you for the language so make sure this is also set to Chinese and it should download / run the game in Chinese as default.

Thank you for reaching out, sorry to hear you're unable to install Rainbow Six: Siege!

Just to confirm, are you attempting to install Rainbow Six: Siege and not any Test Server / Trial versions?

I'd also recommend signing out of and completely closing Ubisoft Connect before trying again with the client running as an admin.

I'm afraid Ubisoft Support do not have the facilities to remove temporary bans or manually adjust player's MMR ranking.

We'd be happy to help with any re-occurring connection issues you may have though.

Do these disconnects happen often?

And if so, have you given any troubleshooting steps a try?

For testing purposes, would you be able to try launching another Co-op Campaign to see if the issue is consistent there?

This will help us narrow down if this is related to the Co-op mode or if this particular Save File is impacted.

As you own the game and DLC via Epic, there shouldn't be any issues accessing the content.

Are you launching the game via the Epic launcher?

And may we please see some screenshots of your available cosmetic options in-game to confirm the DLC content isn't accessible?
