I'm not quite sure I understand. Do you mean that, when holding shift and pressing U to upgrade multiple residents, it actually downgrades instead?

Please make sure to verify your game files, just to make sure the files are all as they should be. You'll find that step in our troubleshooting guide. Can you also double-check in the game settings that you haven't changed any of the keybinds?

Can you tell me what happens if you save and then reload the game? This lets the game load all the assets fresh, so we'll be able to see if it still loads the boxes.

Hey there, @dikkeduif_ - thanks for your report about this.

When you say your ship goes somewhere not related, do you mean just randomly out into the ocean, or do they go to another, unrelated port? It looks like you've tried to send over a second screenshot there which may have answered my question, but it doesn't seem to have uploaded.

If your ship is stopping in the middle of the ocean randomly, I can confirm this is something we've got fixed for an upcoming update, which we'll be releasing as soon as we can. If something else is happening, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help you get to the bottom of it 😎...

Our investigations on this one are ongoing, and our devs have asked me if anyone facing this issue can send over their save file? You'll find your save file here: %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts

Please zip up your save file, upload it to a third party file hosting service of your choice, and then send me a link to it here on this forum thread.

Our devs have looked into this, and I'm here to report that this is working as intended. Lumberjack huts and orchards work differently, and this is why a difference can be observed.
