Does the progress track for the Combat Master Merit or does it show one of the requirements as not being met but it is simply not tracking?

I ask as there is an ongoing issue with the Combat Master Merit progress not tracking.

@xmdead Apologies that you feel this was a canned response, I simply was wanting to find out if you had done the basic troubleshooting so that we could look to gather system files from you if you had.

Crashing and freezing issues are complex and can be caused by a number of factors, hardware and software related. Each issue unique to each player. Therefore we do the basic troubleshooting then get system files to try and rule out your system as a contributing factor to the issue.

@julien_pennes Hey! Thank you for getting in touch about your Clan reward.

You should receive a Clan Cache if:
- You have joined your first clan OR been a part of the clan for more than 7 days,
- The Clan reaches at least one milestone (bronze, silver, gold)

How long has your clan been created for and how long did you join? Also is this your first clan or have you been part of another clan before?

This issue should be resolved, however as you seem to still be having it, please answer/provide the following:

An image of your equipped gear
Do you have a stable internet connection or do you have frequent lags or disconnects?
How often does this issue happen?

You mention that the live services do not get delivered on time, are you referring to in-game lag?
