Hey, justfitz.!

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you have experienced this issue. In order to troubleshoot this issue please do the following:

o Use newest version of BattlEye -> Reinstalling the game will reinstall the latest version of BattlEye
o Whitelist BEService.exe, BEService_r6s.exe and BEService64.exe in firewall -> Files are located inside the BattlEye folder in the R6 installation folder and in this folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye
o Make sure BEService64.exe has admin rights with steps
o Clean boot up and deactivate background application.
o Reinstall the entire game.
o Search for windows updates and make sure your system is up to date.

If the issue continues after this please let us know.

OK so it is not that old of a HDD. It does seem rather strange that you are getting these long loading times. Can you disable all background applications. Background apps can slow down the game loading process.

Type “msconfig‘ in the Search menu > hit Enter to launch the system configuration utility.
In the General tab > select Selective Startup > uncheck Load Startup Items.
Click Apply > OK > reboot your computer.

Thank you for getting in touch about this issue and welcome to the forums. We appreciate you providing your system specs.

You mentioned that you have the game installed on a 1TB HDD. How much free space is on that HDD?

Additionally, it may be worthwhile clearing your Temp folder in Windows (You can find guides from Microsoft on Google for this).

Another thing to try is clearing the cache of Uplay. There is a guide for this here: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/Fa...he-of-Uplay-PC

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Thank you for all the steps that you have tried so far.

I have looked into the issue on our side and this is the steps I have been advised to ask you to try:

o Use newest version of BattlEye -> Reinstalling the game will reinstall the latest version of BattlEye

Personally, this sounds like a potential conflict between Anti Virus or Firewall so please 100% do that step above.

Hey, Termin.ator!

Thank you for getting in touch about this. I have looked over your account and Rainbow Six: Siege activity. I can see you played up to the end of September and then stopped playing for a month and started playing again at the end of October so this ban could be a result of any of your playtime as this is not a substantial break.

I have also checked both of your support cases with us and I am unable to find a chat transcript with ourselves. Do you have the case number for this chat?

Additionally, I have looked into the ban and can confirm that it is correct and it will not be removed. I understand that this is not the news that you wanted to hear and for this I am sorry.

Welcome to the forums. Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing. The abandonment penalty would have been placed on your account due to the cancellation of the previously qued game, they can sometimes take a little while to happen.
