Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This constant notification seems rather strange if you are having a steady frame rate.

Can we ask what is your frames at? Additionally, what is your upload and download speed?

This could be caused by a number of factors such as hardware, network, and server issues.

OK thank you for clarifying that. Your Steam account is linked to your Ubisoft account on our servers and this is where your progress is stored. If you were to purchase the game on another Steam account and use the same Ubisoft account your progress should remain.

Thanks for reaching out about this and welcome to the forums. The only reason why this would happen is the files are corrupt and as such need a fresh download, I am afraid you are going to need to allow them to fully download please.

I suspect this issue is with my account rather than my device, as I'm experiencing this issue across multiple devices.
I submitted by logs to support as youy suggested and hope something comes of that.
