Thank you for getting in touch about this. What happens when you try to download the fan kits? Are you getting any errors at all?

Thank you for getting back to us and providing the requested information. Is it possible to connect via Ethernet to test if this issue still occurs? That way we can rule out your WiFi connection if it does happen again.

Welcome to the forums. At this time, there is no cross-platform support for this game. All games and in-game content are attached to the platform they are activated on, so it is not possible to transfer them between platforms.

For example, if you purchased a game on your PlayStation or Xbox account, we would not be able to transfer it to PC. It is also important to note that we have no control over external account activity.

This means that we cannot make changes to your PlayStation or Xbox accounts, including transferring games or content between those console accounts.

Ubisoft Connect is the new Ubisoft gaming hub which introduces a host of cross-platform features, such as full cross-progression on highly anticipated titles like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, and Riders Republic however at present this does not include Rainbow Six: Siege.

Welcome to the forums and sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Does this happen only in multiplayer game modes? If you play a terrorist hunt solo does it also happen?

Additionally what keyboard are you using? Are you able to test another keyboard?

Can we ask some more questions about your connection please:

Are you connected via WiFi or Ethernet?
If WiFi are you far from the router?
If Ethernet are you using any adapters such as Powerline or WiFi extenders with Ethernet ports?
What is your upload and download speed?
Is there anyone else sharing your network when this issue happens?
