Welcome to the forums. I have looked into this error and it is due to a visual library error. Normally updating Windows resolved this.

Can you check for any outstanding Windows updates please?

Sorry to hear that you are encountering connectivity issues. If the connection to Ubisoft is severed even for a couple of seconds the game will disconnect you and as a result, you would be classed as abandoning a match.

I am afraid the automated ban system is unable to differentiate between intentional or accidental abandonment of a match. The Rainbow Six: Siege team is investigating this however we do not have a timeframe to share as to when or if this will be fixed.

We are aware of an issue with ultra-wide monitors and the default resolution setting happening again.

Whilst we investigate we would ask you to manually set the resolution to a higher one.

We understand that this is not ideal however there is no way to modify the game saves to resolve this issue and thus a new save must be started.

If this is a permanent ban and the appeal has been denied then I am afraid it is not possible.

If it is temporary these are not able to be removed and you will need to wait for the ban to end before being able to play again.
