Hey SgtRaveltz, welcome to the Ubisoft Forums! I'm sorry to hear of the frequent DELTA-03 errors that you've been experiencing.

In any of the instances that you received this error message on-screen, did you receive a server shutdown notification prior? Or do these errors randomly appear for you?

You've mentioned completing troubleshooting - did you follow our connectivity troubleshooting guide for The Division 2 on PC? If not, can you please do so now, and let me know if you see any improvement?

I'm sorry to hear of your issues with making in-game purchases through Xsolla. Have you contacted them directly to discuss any issues you've been having with their payment tools?

We're not able to investigate any issues between yourself and them, only between the payments made through them to us, so it would be best for you to reach out to them directly if the point at which errors are occurring is when you're trying to make your initial payment.

Hey Agent_Ares, thanks for sharing this report here on the forums, and for being so proactive in providing a video of the issue!

After force-closing the game and restarting it, did this issue continue to occur? Did you yet test the game after rebooting your PC, as well as on a different user profile on your PC? Does it occur no matter what?

Can you also please confirm whether rebinding the keys has any impact? Thanks!

Hello everyone, thank you for the latest information provided here in the thread. I've been able to find a couple of different ongoing investigations regarding drone issues and issues with the aiming / lock-on of the turret, and I've shared the details provided here with the devs looking into those issues. As a quick question to anyone affected - do you notice these behaviours occurring in any particular weather types, even if indoors? Some players reported increased issues in bad weather, so I'm curious.

T.H.U.D.D., thanks for taking the time to put together that short video of the issues you've experienced with the drone - I've added that to our report as well and the devs will take a look at it as soon as they can.

PrimitivePotat0, welcome to the forums first of all! Would it be possible for you to share a short video clip of the issue as suggested by OOoops_2018? Is the cinematic you are referring to the opening one for the game, or another?

I can only see the trial version of The Division 2 associated with the Ubisoft Account you've posted here on the forums from. If you purchased the Ultimate Edition from Epic Games, it looks as if you may have tied it to a different Ubisoft Account, and that's why when you try to play using this account you're unable to play the full game.

Thanks for your reply, moodswoods! A video can help the devs to deduce reproduction steps they can take to cause this issue to occur on their end, and can help them to understand the specific gameplay context the issue you're reporting arises in. It's a lot easier for them to watch a video and witness the whole issue in context, than ask you describe it, as there can be no inaccuracies in direct gameplay capture also!

To HyprVenom and Jerry_Ceooceka - can you please confirm whether you're running the game in DX11 or DX12? Have you already run through our full PC troubleshooting guide, and seen little or no improvement? How long have these crashes been occurring for approximately as well - did they start since a particular title update?

Hey itay347, thanks for linking that thread here. I took a look at the video you posted and can see that the exclamation mark at the projects station does not go away even if you hover across every project. Can you confirm if it remains if you individually track each project on-screen in turn as well?

Regarding the exact issue from this thread, I can see that it was believed to be resolved in a recent title update. If this is not the case and it persists, we'll need to see an additional video from yourself / other affected players showing that you're unable to dismiss the "recommended activity" view from your HUD. Could this be provided?

Hey sqter0, thanks for reporting this issue here on the forums. I do apologise that we were unable to respond until now.

Poland IS serviced by our /eu store to my knowledge, so there's no issue there. Did you try to make your purchase via the Uplay PC client as well as on our webstore? Did you also yet try our browser troubleshooting in case any local cookies etc. are causing issues for the site recognising your correct location?

Let us know how it goes, PopGligor. If you do find that, even upon reaching level 30 you cannot access the assignments, can you please clarify the following:

- Which specific classified assignment(s) are you unable to access?

- Have you tried completing these assignment(s) in co-op as well as solo?

- Have you tried accessing the assignment(s) on an alternative character?

Hey Joe.Ferro, thanks for posting here on the forums about this issue! I'm sorry to hear that this is occurring for you.

Would you be able to provide a video demonstrating that the item does not drop even though it is shown as 100% guaranteed? You mentioned redeeming 200 keys - is that 200 keys without receiving this drop, since the last drop you received? Do you recall what the last drop before this one was that you obtained?

Hey Shade_Ghost, thanks for posting here on the forums! I'm sorry to hear of your issues with completing the Hunstman Manhunt.

You've mentioned that the fourth control point just doesn't seem to show up - are you able to provide a video demonstrating your completion of the first three, and then the fourth failing to appear?

Have you tried completely restarting the manhunt, as I know that helped a player when completing the second Manhunt?

Hey TR-Lexi, I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing issues with hives, particularly the revive hive in the Dark Zones.

Can you provide a video that shows the issue? Can you also clarify whether they fail to work only when you're in the middle of a different animation, or if it's anytime that they fail to work? Do they work on the ground, as AlpH4_10 has asked?

Hey VukasinDordevic, the last reply to this thread prior to yours was in March - I haven't seen it return as a widespread issue, so I'll need to gather some additional details from you.

First, have you already performed our connectivity troubleshooting for the game on PC? Can you also tell me whether you tried restarting the game a few times as previously mentioned in this thread, and if that helped in any way?

Can you please confirm if they're still not appearing in-game for you?
