Hey IKiLele, bubbleman5 and RM.yune - thanks for getting in touch with us here on the forums regarding this issue in Hyper Scape. I apologise for the delay in getting back to you, and I hope that you enjoyed the open beta!

You mentioned that Discord froze simultaneously when Hyper Scape did - can you please confirm whether you tested playing the game without Discord running (even in the background) and whether this made any difference to your system's performance?

Did you attempt any other troubleshooting as well?

Hey xYata - please accept my apologies for the delayed reply to your thread.

Have you yet been able to redeem the Twitch Prime rewards for Hyper Scape? I was able to do so on my own account without issue, so just wanting to make sure you've been able to do so as well!

If still having issues, can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error message you're seeing (if any)?

Hey pogijuice,

Can you please confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements, and that you've performed the steps recommended by my colleague Keo above? Does the issue persist even after those steps have been completed?

If you opened a support case as directed, please let me know the reference number so that I can make sure it reaches the correct team for investigation!

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums about this issue, and welcome! I apologise that no reply was provided until now.

It sounds like you've completed a few of our basic troubleshooting steps already, which is fantastic - I would recommend running through the rest to rule out any common issues. As BattlEye seems to be the troublesome factor here, can you please advise me whether you've tried reinstalling BattlEye itself, or the full game? Those would be my next two troubleshooting recommendations should the basic steps in the article linked to above don't resolve the issue.

I'm sorry to hear of your issues with connectivity in Hyper Scape on PC. As a quick question, did you already complete our full connectivity troubleshooting guide? If not, I'd recommend doing so to try and optimise your connection as much as possible.

This sounds like a peculiar issue. Can you provide me with a screenshot of your in-game graphics settings, as well as one of this error message as it appears to you? Does it happen every time you try to launch the game, or intermittently?

Can you also please tell me whether you've performed any troubleshooting steps so far, such as our PC troubleshooting? If not, give those steps a try first. ... Read more

It sounds as if another application or program may be interfering with Hyper Scape. I'd recommend running the game and Uplay PC with adminstrator rights, and also making sure that any background applications are disabled. Give this a try if this issue is still occurring, and let me ... Read more

This issue is one that we've had reported to us by other players, and it remains under investigation at the moment. It has proven hard to reproduce, so if you have any videos of such an incident that you could share with me so that I can pass them onto the devs, that would be great!

Can you also tell me whether you notice this issue most prominently when playing Solo or in a Squad?

Can you please advise me of exactly where this error message appears? Does it appear as soon as you attempt to launch the game from Uplay PC?

Have you yet completed any troubleshooting? If not, the first steps I'd recommend trying would be these. Give them a go and let me know how it goes!

I'll reach out to the Hyper Scape team to confirm whether we currently support SLI or similar technologies like CrossFire and MSI Afterburner. I'll post an update here as soon as I find out.

I tried watching the linked video in order to get a better idea of what you're describing, however, the video is listed as "private" - can you please change the privacy to "unlisted" or "public" and let me know when that's done so I can take a look? Thank you!

Hey Blastersid001,

Just to check, are you running both Uplay PC and Hyper Scape's .exe file with administrator permissions? If not, please do so, and test the game again. It may be that the full necessary read/write permissions are not granted at present.

If issues should persist, please complete the rest of the steps in the guide posted by my colleague Excellent.

Thank you for your continued reports of this issue. We're continuing to investigate these reports and are working hard to try and identify the root cause.

I merged TheRealBeanyBoy's thread with this one created by Harpai, as they are discussing the same issue. Can everyone who commented on TheRealBeanyBoy's thread originally please review the previous replies from my colleagues in this thread, and start by completing our basic PC troubleshooting? To make sure I fully understand you: you selected to matchmake, you entered a match, but you were immediately thrown to the ground to begin rather than entering the lobby or choosing where to land in your pod?

Has this occurred more than once? Do you have a video of such an incident if so that we could review?

Your first issue regarding updating your graphics settings and the game freezing is not one that has been reported, as far as I can see. To investigate this further with you, more information would be very helpful. Can you please clarify which exact graphics settings you had updated, and also whether you're running a single monitor or multiple monitor set-up?

The second issue you've mentioned is one we are aware of following player reports, and it is currently under investigation. If you have any videos of such incidents that you can provide for the devs to look at, that would be awesome.
