Hey Fantastic_Chaos,

I received an update from the devs regarding your feedback. The implementation of third-person POV is not something they are considering at this time, and have said it is unlikely to ever become a possibility in Hyper Scape.

Hey rumeni - I hope you had a great holiday! I'm sorry to hear that For Honor is now crashing for you since the latest update.

Did you yet complete our full basic PC troubleshooting guide? If not, can you do so, and let me know if the steps help?

You've mentioned reinstalling the game and Uplay as well - are they installed to the same drive on your PC? If not, can you please reinstall one to the same drive as the other for testing purposes?

I've checked the account you're posting from and can't see a copy of For Honor on it - as such, as a first question, have you checked that you are trying to run and play the game from the correct Ubisoft Account? If you're logged into the correct account in Uplay PC and can see the linked game in your library, can you please run through our connectivity troubleshooting to rule out any network issues as well?

You don't need to follow the steps for Rainbow Six: Siege - just the equivalent steps for Hyper Scape as in that article. So long as you only delete the mentioned files but under Hyper Scape, you should see no issues.

Can you please confirm whether the issue is still ongoing for you?

I've checked in on the investigation for this issue, and as the error message is similar to one we see a lot in Rainbow Six: Siege, the devs would like to ask affected players to try the same steps for Rainbow Six: Siege from this article upon the release of the full game, if the issue persists.

Were you able to get Hyper Scape to run before the closure of the open beta? If not, could you please advise us of the full list of troubleshooting steps you attempted, so that I can recommend further ones for when the main game goes live?

I'd also like to ask whether you opened a support case for this issue? If so, could you please provide me with your case reference number?

The specs of your system don't seem to be an issue, as everything meets the minimum requirements with flying colours - so before the game fully launches, I'd recommend making sure you've followed our full PC troubleshooting guide, in particular (as my colleague Raziel mentioned previously) ensuring that your graphics drivers are fully updated. ... As far as I'm aware, as Firaragun kindly pointed out, the option to rebind the controls should have been available in the settings menu.

If you were unable to find it, please let me know where you looked and I'll pass this information to the team for their consideration! The launch of the game is only a few days away now, and if you'll be jumping back into the Hyper Scape, do let me know if you still struggle to locate the option in the menu then.

Hey Kriexy - thanks for posting about this issue!

This actually was reported forward (even including the increased frequency when using ALT+TAB to return to the game) and tested by the devs, and they were able to reproduce it in Squad Mode after some time.

They're still gathering additional reports and information to help their investigation, so if you are able to provide the following, they'd be very grateful:

- A video demonstrating the issue

- Your complete PC specs, including a DXDIAG report from your system

- A screenshot of your video settings in-game
