Hey Zombie1801 - welcome to the Ubisoft Forums!

Can you please provide an image demonstrating the issue you are having? I've had a quick look through the forums and seen a couple of reports of what sounds like a similar issue from the previous Technical Test, so would like to check if you're experiencing the same issue?

Please also give me a brief overview of your key PC specs (CPU, GPU, RAM, Storage) as well if you don't mind

Have you performed any connectivity troubleshooting so far as well? If so, what steps have you taken?

Hey SlihmCrahp,

Can you confirm whether you've followed the troubleshooting steps as provided by my colleagues earlier in this thread? If you've tried any additional steps, can you also confirm those to me?

If you did not yet complete any of the troubleshooting, please start with our PC troubleshooting guide. I'd also recommend right-clicking on your desktop, choosing "display settings", and making sure that the resolution of your PC is set correctly and that the correct output device is also configured correctly.

Hey kaar09,

How many display devices do you have connected to your PC? If multiple, can you test the game with just one connected?

Can you also tell me whether you have the latest drivers for your GPU installed? If not, I'd recommend updating them now, and trying to play again.

Having compared your posted specs to the minimum system requirements, it looks like your CPU does not meet them, although your GPU and RAM do.

We are not able to provide language packs for your copy of For Honor - you have been advised of this in your support case 12124508 as well.

Hey AC_TwoFing, thanks for sharing your case reference number here in the thread. I can see that a colleague of mine has recently emailed over some troubleshooting steps for you to run through. If issues persist after all of those steps are done, please add fresh MSINFO and DXDIAG files to your case for further investigation.

Hey Nigel,

Our games are not compatible with MAC (you can find the system requirements here), and we cannot guarantee that running them through a service such as Bootcamp will allow them to run as intended.

You can try to perform PC troubleshooting, however, my recommendation would be to play on a compatible Windows system. ...

Hello everyone,

We've passed reports of this issue to the devs. If you have Action by Mirillis installed, multiple players (including OP guest-rHr6sNcJ) have reported that uninstalling this allows the game to be played. For testing purposes, if you have this installed, can you please temporarily uninstall it, and test the game again?

Updating your GPU drivers (as suggested by markS_99) and ensuring that your OS / the game and client are updated are all key steps. Hey OldhumanBRs,

Have you tried rearranging your monitors in the display settings to be the inverse way around, and tested launching the game again? Does the game still launch on the same monitor, even if their statuses as primary / secondary are reversed? Have you also got your "primary" monitor set as the default display device in the settings?

I'm curious as well what happens if you disconnect the secondary monitor entirely? Does the game then boot on your primary monitor, or does it result in a blackscreen?

Hey UrUberDriver20 - welcome to the Ubisoft Forums!

You can review the minimum requirements for Hyper Scape in our article here. Your GPU and RAM appear to meet the minimum requirements according to the specs you listed, and I expect your CPU will as well, though without knowing the exact model I can't compare exactly.

When you have opened the game, can you see the process in Task Manager? If you can, is the CPU usage showing as 0%?
