Hey RIKY_ROD, I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this. To reach level 40, the Warlords of New York expansion is required indeed. However, if you do not own the expansion, as Dreddboost says, you shouldn't be encountering players that are when playing PVP.

Do you have any video clips that demonstrate the issue?

When I returned to DC the game informed me in the lower left that new projects were available so I opened it and only the projects for the base of operations, 1 for Haven, and dark zone/conflict are showing. The last reply in this thread prior to yours was in April 2020, and since then the dev team returned to us again stating that the issue still could not be reproduced on their end. We'll therefore need additional information from any players still affected by this issue since the release of TU11 in order to reopen the investigation with them and hopefully achieve a successful reproduction.

Would you (and anyone else still affected) be able to share a video of the issue with us, as well as answer the following questions:

- Have you attempted to speak to the coordinator in both solo play and co-op play?

- What did you do immediately before approaching the coordinator to speak with them? Any specific actions, missions, or changes to gear etc. would be ... Read more

Hello MartianLM! Wandering Ubisoft employee here, pitying you for this unfortunate issue that you've come across I'm sorry to see that you're stuck while trying to obtain the next project for this holster. It doesn't look like this exact issue has been reported previously, so I'll need to collect a few details from you.

Firstly, can you please tell me which of your three characters you're trying to obtain the holster on? Is it your level 40 character, your level 31 character, or (unlikely, but you never know!) your level 4 character?

Secondly, did you disconnect or experience any crashes when obtaining the four components that you recall? We previously had a reported issue for the last component whereby it couldn't be obtained following a disconnect/crash, so I'm wondering if your issue could be linked in any w... Read more

Hey Knee264, sorry that your reply to this thread was missed. While your issue sounds similar I don't believe it falls into the same category as the issue this thread concerns, so starting a separate thread of your own may be best if the issue persists.

Can you provide us with a video showing the issue if it does? Which mask specifically are you missing, and have you tried completing the fight in co-op with your friend hosting instead of yourself?

Hey Regnar_Lothbrok, thanks for reporting this to us. I sincerely apologise that we missed your thread previously. Do you recall any steps you took that could have produced this issue? Did anything unusual happen, or any NPCs get stuck anywhere?

You mentioned restarting after this issue - were you then able to complete a successful run, and get past this stage? Do you know of anyone else aside from your group who encountered this behaviour?

Hey shop1819207979, I'm sorry that your replies to this thread were missed previously. I've merged your three posts into one, to keep all of the information together and concise.

Your latest update implies that the issue was resolved after you reset the manhunt, and it caused the second checkpoint to appear - can you please confirm? Did you encounter any further issues since that reset? Your video above seems to have been removed - do you have an alternative link?

Hey Dutch_ieeee, sorry for the delayed reply to your thread. Thank you for the additional clarifications you've provided.

As my colleague Borealis mentioned, would it be possible for you to show via a video your completion of the project(s) / missions required to obtain these items on any character, then an additional video should these disappear from your inventory again?

You've also mentioned you can't create the pistol again on your second character - can you provide us with a video that shows this issue?

If anything has changed since the TU11 update was deployed, please let us know

Hey BetterAdvantage! Welcome to the Ubisoft Forums.

Having read through the specs you've listed, unfortunately it sounds like you do not meet the minimum requirements to play Hyper Scape. The minimum supported Intel HD card is the Intel HD 520 - the 510 is not as powerful as this, and will struggle to render the game as well as it needs to.

The error message you're experiencing is typically also associated with an outdated GPU driver - so my best recommendation would be to install the latest drivers available for your card, and hope that the game will run. I cannot guarantee it as your system does not meet the minimum requirements however. ... Read more

Hey Magelikesbirds - welcome to the forums! As a general rule, we don't support gaming laptops for our games, though they may be able to run them if their specifications exceed the minimum requirements.

In your case, from the specs posted, your laptop falls just within the minimum requirements for Hyper Scape. This means that we may be able to get the game to run, however, the performance is not expected to be optimal.

Have you already linked your Ubisoft Account to your PlayStation Network account? If so, are you using the same account when trying to play on PC? If not, you should, as for the cross-progression features to work.

When starting the game up on PC, are you able to see your existing progress?

Hey whitebear13579, welcome to the Ubisoft Forums! I'm sorry to hear that you're struggling to run Hyper Scape on your PC.

If you can see the processes in Task Manager for Hyper Scape and BattlEye, have you tried using ALT+TAB to see if it is possible to the game window? Does its icon not appear in your taskbar at all?

If you haven't performed any additional troubleshooting besides reinstalling the game, could you please run through these steps first of all? Thanks!

BeGratefull - Thanks for sharing your case reference number and these screenshots with us! I can see that your case is currently closed as resolved - were the latest troubleshooting recommendations helpful in resolving this issue? How about the suggestions from DepisThePotato and Keniis to increase the resolution scaling to 100%?

From myself, I'd also recommend testing manually setting the aspect ratio as well as the "overall quality" of the graphics to a non-custom setting, to see if that makes a difference.
