Hey Sid_LS,

I'm sad to hear that you'll be giving the Open Beta a miss. Out of curiosity though, did you try changing the USB ports your peripherals are connected to? Additionally, did you try completely removing your mouse and keyboard from the device lists in device manager, and then setting them back up again manually?

Hey CakeMakerCailyn and Scootsu - Just a heads-up for you both first: I removed your duplicate post CakeMakerCailyn, and Scootsu, I merged your two posts together to make this thread a little more concise and easier to read. I hope you both don't mind.

Now, regarding the issues with PS4 trophies - we've seen reports of issues with some of these unlocking if the Level 30 boost is used. We're working to identify exactly which trophies are affected, and hope to update players soon with news on this. Can you confirm whether you did indeed activate a Level 30 boost on your current agent CakeMakerCailyn? You also mentioned contacting us previously - do you have a case reference number I could take note of?

Hey bortbigman - did reinstalling the game after initialising your PS4 help this issue again?

If not, could you please clarify which areas of New York / D.C. you're encountering this behaviour in? We've received reports of long texture loading times / pop-in textures in Lower Manhattan specifically, and these issues were reproduced by the devs, so I'd like to know if you're in a similar area?

Are you able to provide any images / video clips of the issues you're experiencing? Thank you.

Hey throne82 - thanks for taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums to report these issues!

For the first issues described with audio, do you happen to have a video recording demonstrating these? It would be helpful if you could enable subtitles during the recording, so that we can compare the delay between the subtitles appearing and the audio cues.

You then mention issues with enemies randomly appearing in New York - can you tell me exactly where in New York you were when this occurred? Have you had issues with invisible objects as well as enemies, or just enemies?

Finally, regarding the skill deployment delays - which specific skills have you seen affected, and do you have a recording of this as well? Thank you

Just to confirm, did you purchase the Warlords of New York Expansion or the Year 1 Pass?

The two DLCs are completely separate - the expansion does not include the Pass, or vice versa.

If you can clarify for me what you purchased, I can provide more information about its contents.

Hey Skeil2024! From your latest post I understand this issue may be resolved, but if you do experience issues like this again, could you please answer the following questions for me?

- What level were you when experiencing the issue?

- Were you in a group when the issue occurred?

- Did you have any directive active?

- Can you confirm that you are experiencing the issue on PS4? Which model of PS4 do you play on?

- Did the issue occur on a boosted character?

- Can you confirm your season level at the time of experiencing the issue?

Thanks for sharing your experiences here on the forums.

To my knowledge, it is working as intended that discovery matchmaking can include back-fill for ongoing raids. Where groups have matchmaking enabled, and a space becomes available, an agent waiting in the matchmaking queue will be assigned to join them. You can read a short guide about raids in our support article here.

I will forward your feedback about this matter to the devs - perhaps further granularity on the matchmaking menu, such as to add a "join a raid in progress" or "queue to start a raid", could be good for players! ... Read more

At present, as our support article regarding content sharing in The Division 2 states, additional content (including expansion content) is not eligible for content sharing on PlayStation 4 - it can only be accessed and played on the specific PlayStation Network account where the content was activated. On Xbox One, additional content can be shared to all users on the console.

As written by IKing0mD, you should now find that the conditions to unlock this trophy have been updated in-line with the changes made to the game. The requirement for "Dark Zone: Safe House" is now to "Access a safe house in a Dark Zone".

If still having issues with unlocking this trophy, please let us know so further investigation can take place!

Hey Artemis1350 - welcome to the forums, and thank you for reporting these issues.

Did you happen to capture any images of the completed contract, and of the fact that no rewards were granted? Did restarting the game help this issue?

Regarding the loots mentioned, what tasks / missions were you completing to be awarded said loot, and what would your expected behaviour be? Are you expecting a greater percentage of GS500+ loot?
