Hello RayStationSA91!

I do see the TS already in your Uplay PC library, as part of your copy of Rainbow Six Siege.

Do know that, when the TS is not online, you will not see it in your library. This is due to the fact that it is unplayable, and the servers are unreachable

At the moment, though, the TS is online, so should be able to see it and play! Let me know if this is not the case, and send me a screenshot of it missing from your library. You're welcome to send this in a PM if you prefer.

Hey there SudsyWhistle961, please be advised that we are not able to discuss nor investigate account sanctions in-depth via these forums. However, I can confirm that for any temporary sanctions, such as abandonment penalties, these will need to expire before you are able to play the game again.

I'm sorry to hear that you have experienced these issues in-game in Rainbow Six Siege. As the game is crashing in-game, and/or freezing as a static image, I'd like to ask that you first complete our basic PC troubleshooting steps. These will ensure that no common / basic issues are impacting your ability to play the game.

Do you experience any issues in other titles? Does your PC have a history of crashes, even if the hardware is sound?

been reporting players for over a year. and i still get ddos by the same player base.
Just uninstall game and support another title with actual customer support

I have this game from day 0. The fps drop started from season 5 patch.
I play a couple of dominion matches, then fps goes from 100 to 50 >40>30>20>10 and beign kicked out of the match.
