Hello GL114222, would you mind clarifying for me what the exact issue is? Have you completed DLC actions that should grant rewards etc. in the Club, but these have not completed?

Are you able to provide screenshots from in-game showing that you have fuflilled the requirements for these rewards / challenges?

Thanks for letting us know. A fresh installation of Windows wouldn't be our first recommendation (as we'd like to sort it before resorting to something that drastic!) but if you're willing to give it a try, let us know if it helps.

Before that, though, I'm curious if the steps in this FAQ help the issue at all? Though these are for a slightly different issue, I'm wondering if the issue is linked to your player profile. Resetting this would be a valuable step to try.

Did you disconnect from any previous matches Maztrcheif, or cancel queuing in the menu previously? As it may be that you received this penalty for a previous abandonment / action, not for your current game. If the previous game was still ongoing and then ended, or the game you were supposed to join but quit from the queue ended, you may then have received the sanction with a delay.

Just to reiterate - we as Ubisoft Support have no power to appeal, remove or shorten abandonment sanctions. They need to expire before you'll be able to play again.

Do you own the PC version of the game as well?

A purchase of the game on one platform does not entitle you to the game on every platform, just to clarify. Your progress is non-transferrable between platforms as well, as we do not support cross-platform functionalities in Rainbow Six Siege.

Hey anttom89.

If you leave or are disconnected from a match, the system detects that you are no longer in that match, but cannot discern the reason. As such, regardless of why you are no longer in the match, if you do not rejoin it within the allotted time, an abandonment penalty / sanction is applied. This is the same for all players, and as such is a fair / indiscriminate system.

As someone who has been on the receiving end of abandonment penalties in other games before due to technical issues or connection drops, though, I do understand how unfair these sanctions can feel, and appreciate that they're not ideal when the circumstances are beyond your control. As such, I am more than happy to forward any feedback you may have about the system, for the Rainbow Six Siege team to take it on board alongside other feedback and improve the game for all players in the future.

Just to make sure nobody was still having issues with accessing the TS, I checked the accounts of all players who commented on this thread since the last response from one of our agents.

Thank you for the video, SHM0B. Although you do not believe your mouse to be the root of the issue, I would like to ask that you do test with another (even if just a plain office-style one) to fully rule out that possibility. If you're truly holding RMB down, but this behaviour is occurring in-game, it does look to be an input issue.

I see two recent successful transactions now on your account, TBG.svkTomin - one for 600 Credits, and one before it for 4920 Credits as you mentioned in your original post.

I'm assuming that this means that you have now received the full amount of Credits that you purchased? I do apologise if there was a delay in the delivery of the Credits.

If this is the case, and the error message relates specifically to Epic Games, as I mentioned previously, I'd definitely get in touch with them to check that there are no issues on that end.

That said, can you tell me whether you have your Epic Games and Uplay PC clients installed on the same HDD / SSD? Have you tried any further troubleshooting in case it is a display / loading error, such as to reinstall Uplay PC?

Hey hobrobs, I'm sorry to hear that you've not been enjoying playing Casual / Ranked games in Rainbow Six Siege.

Have you tried out the Newcomer Playlist at all? This is designed for new players of Rainbow Six Siege to get to grips with the game's mechanics and gameplay, and all its maps and available operators to you.

The matchmaking systems will always try to put together a fair match, but will on occasion compensate to a degree if / as necessary in order to balance finding a fair game with finding one quickly.

If you all have any further feedback to share, I'd recommend posting it on our dedicated feedback forums for Rainbow Six Siege rather than in our Player Support section here... Read more
