Hey ShastaLite and drudollaz - thanks for posting here on the forums to report this issue!

The devs look to already be aware of this issue, and have been able to reproduce it. They've also been able to reproduce that headshots refresh the timer as intended if the decoy is on cooldown, as ShastaLite stated occurs. As soon as we receive any further information regarding this issue, we'll update the forums.

drudollaz - I merged your thread with this one, as the primary issue mentioned is the same as here. Regarding your second issue, are you able to provide a short video showing that the Mantis scope does not zoom? Thank you.

Can you please confirm whether this means the issue is no longer impacting you, jay90rock?

If you return to New York, are you able to reproduce it by collecting such a bounty? We're keen to identify any continuing issues and report them as needed. A video of the issue, if you can reproduce it and provide one, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing your insight here, Scootsu - if you have any feedback on the specialisation handguns, please feel free to share that here.

Can you confirm whether the handguns in question are from specialisations, jay90rock? If they are different, can you provide the names and images of your inventory as requested by Baron please?

Hey there Bazzalfc,

I'm sorry to hear that rogue agents have caused issues for you in progressing in invaded missions.

For full confirmation, can you please list the names of the invaded missions that you have encountered issues with, and if possible, provide a video (one per mission if possible) if these issues can be easily reproduced?

We have received other reports of issues with the Bank Invaded Mission that I could find, but I'd like to gain a comprehensive understanding of your encountered issues and provide the devs with as much information as you can provide for them to investigate these. Thank you for any information you can provide.

I'm unable to find a support case for connectivity issues on your account - if you have contacted us in a different way, can you please clarify? Was it through another thread here on the forums, and if so, can you provide me with a link?

You've mentioned trying solutions provided by us - would you mind clarifying the troubleshooting already attempted? Did you complete every step in our PS4 connectivity troubleshooting guide already for instance, including portforwarding?

Hello gwenaellp,

Would you mind clarifying exactly what the message you clicked on said? There are a number of pop-up messages that Uplay PC can communicate, so without knowing what you clicked on, I'm afraid it is difficult for me to understand what has happened. The update window is normally separate to the main Uplay PC window if referring to the updates before a game fully launches, so if you clicked on the main Uplay PC window, I imagine the update one may have just gone into the background?

The file verification process in Uplay PC should fix any corrupted data; if issues should persist, reinstalling the game would be the next step after that.

Hello mberry12! I do not see the achievement registered as completed on your account - have you finished the quest "The Floating City"? Does it show as completed in-game?

Hello everyone,

If you attempt this quest on a save where it is already broken / corrupted, we believe that it may be impossible to complete the quest. However, a fix was previously implemented, meaning that fresh starts of the quest should allow its completion without issue.

As such, as my colleague Houck advised above, it would be best to try this quest in a new save game, and let us know if issues then persist, so we can reopen the investigation if needed. Thank you.

As far as I am aware, crashes like these were meant to have been fixed in the 7.3 update. Are they still occurring for you? (Please do bear in mind that gaming laptops, though they may be able to run the game if meeting the minimum specifications, are not officially supported - our requirements refer to desktop components only.)
