There is nothing further that can be done on our end. Hi Fallen-OG! I'm terribly sorry to hear about this problem you've been experiencing in Rainbow Six Siege. I also apologize that you were not able to submit a support case! For starters, please try rebuilding your PS5 database. This process acts like a computer disk defragmenter and will not affect your save data, so it would be great to try to see if it makes any improvements with this. Hello Cumcuber_Haugh! I'm extremely sorry to hear that this happened in Rainbow Six Siege. This is a result of the Reverse Friendly Fire system that takes place automatically in-game. However, instances like this have been reported to the team due to players abusing the system to get others banned. Hi DipToHard! When purchasing a game from a client, you typically receive direct entitlement. This means you can activate the game directly from the client without needing an activation key. If you're being asked for one, then you may be logged into an account separate from the one you used to purchased the game. With that being said, please navigate to the following directory on your PC:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache\ownership

Then, grab a screenshot of that folder's contents and upload it in a case at support.... Read more
