Hey guys! I'm sorry to hear that you all are still encountering these crashes! As stated above by Ubi-Gizmo, go ahead and grab your MsInfo and DxDiag files. Once you have those, submit them via a ticket on our Support Site so that we can get a better look at what's causing these crashes for you.

@jeroenjorritsma Hey there! In order for that DLC to work, it will need to be for the same region as your base game and your account. Since your base game is the EU version, and your DLC is for the US region, they aren't compatible. I recommend reaching out to either Sony about getting an EU version of the DLC, or reaching out to the retailer from which you purchased the base game to get the correct region for it.

Hello everyone. I can confirm that this is a known issue, and that the team is currently working to resolve it! Your characters are not affected by this issue, and they should return to normal as soon as the fix is deployed. As stated by @Ospina01 , don't delete or save over your saves! If you have, however, go ahead and open a ticket via our Support Site to get that all sorted out.

@GN_wolfy Thank you so much for reaching out about this, and for providing a potential workaround! There isn't currently an official way to have two separate versions of Siege installed at the same time on your desktop, and I do apologize for that. As seen, trying to install a different version, like a Steam version, can cause issues with the version of the game already installed. If this workaround appears to be helping this issue, however, I'm very glad to hear that and I can pass it along!

@conors9000 Hey there! Thanks for reaching out about this issue with Wrath of the Druids! You mention that you had to create a Ubisoft Account to claim the DLC from Amazon Prime Gaming. If so, than it's likely that this DLC went to the wrong account. Would you confirm for me whether you have any other accounts with us, or any different PSN IDs?
