@us-bey Hello there and greetings to the forums. To unlock the Ghost Recon Future Soldier Skin for Rainbow Six Siege, you will need to play the game for a bit before the rewards are available. Please try playing the game for up to an hour and then accessing the Ghost Recon Future Soldier Skin once more. If it's still locked, try rebooting Ubisoft Connect to see if this works. Hey folks, apologies for the frustration of playing with other friends in matches. When this occurs, are any of you the host of the party or invited by a friend? Does this also happen if you are either the host or when invited by a friend? Lastly, are you met with an error message on the main screen or kicked from Rainbow Six Siege entirely when the game crashes? If you are met with an error message, please let us know what message you see, and I would also recommend if you have a VPN enabled, try disabling it as this will cause difficulties in matches.

Hey there, you two, sorry for the troubles you are having with Rainbow Six Siege at this time. To confirm, was there any error message you both encountered after being removed from the match? Could you also share what exactly happened before this happened? To try and remedy this issue happening for future matches, I would recommend closing out any other background applications that might be open while playing Rainbow Six Siege that could interfere with the gameplay.
