Hey @Raffey, welcome to the forums! I'm extremely sorry for the problems you and your friends ran into during this ranked match. I'm afraid these penalties are issued server-side by an automated system and cannot be overturned. How often has this occurred for you and your friends during ranked matches? Has this been frequent or only during this match recently?
