Hey folks! Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue when trying to launch Rainbow Six Extraction. To test and see if you still receive the same results, could you try disabling the Ubisoft Connect overlay? When disabling the overlay, try launching the game once more. Let me know if you still get the same behavior.

Sorry to hear this, @palina92. We are currently looking into similar reports from others who have seen this same behavior. Could you describe what actions you have done before this has occurred for you and your friend? Also, have you done the following before this has happened?

  • switching between weapons quickly
  • Interacting with an object in-game (what did you interact with?)
  • after being injured or revived

If you've tried relaunching Ubisoft Connect again and still receive the same error, there can be a few causes in receiving this error message. I would first check to see if your Ubisoft Connect client is set to run Administrator Rights. I would also ensure that the launcher and Rainbow Six Extraction are installed on the same hard drive. Hey! Sorry to hear you both are running into this. Try closing out Ubisoft Connect and reopening it again to see if you get the same message. If so, try waiting a few minutes and try the same steps again. Keep us posted here if you continue to see the same results.

Please try launching the game once again at this time. If you continue to experience the same issues as before, try verifying the game files once again after the Maintenance has been completed and try opening the game once more.
