@nalkalaz Hey there! Could you confirm if you have the base game downloaded on your Epic launcher or the Ubisoft Connect client? When purchasing DLC, we advise purchasing any additional content on the same client where the game was purchased from, as this may cause some issues with accessing this content. If you have any trouble with launching the game at this time, I would try verifying the game file and try launching the game once again.

@thedevilcomes I am extremely sorry to hear this issue is happening again. I completely understand this has been a frustrating issue to deal with coming back to the game. Regarding resetting the game, have you tried loading a new or previous save with the same results? To help us take a closer look over this, could you confirm if you are witnessing the same items that were reset before, and could you name off the gear pieces you recently noticed that have been reverted to their base quality?

Hi @spirantcrayon22, a payout will occur if your Jomsviking has been raiding with other players that have to recruit them. You can check with your Quartermaster to see if others have recruited them, but there is currently no way to track what your Jomsviking has been doing with others. @marshall_cs Hey there, and welcome to the forums! Sorry for the trouble you are having downloading Valhalla. Could you give me an update on if this is still ongoing at this very moment? If so, check to see if you have a VPN or Anti-virus software enabled that might interfere with the download and test this by disabling any software in the background. If this doesn't help, please make sure to keep us posted.

@thewildshpee Hey there, this is very odd that you are receiving these penalties when in matchmaking for the first time logging into For Honor. To confirm, do you receive any error messages before the penalty at any time? @violence1337 I completely understand spending more time on trophies you have completed can be frustrating, and our team is currently looking into this issue moving forward. Currently, some workarounds have been provided to see if trophies become available on cross-platform. Try completing one of Reda's contracts to see if you receive any updates. Another is using the romance option for Petra/Randvi/Tarben after completing their quests. If any of these workarounds work for you, please let us know, and thank you for bearing with us as we continue to look into this.

Would you be able to provide a short video clip of this behavior to show Sigfred's actions on the roof better? Could you also confirm that this save was uploaded to the Cloud (You should see a Cloud icon on the save slot)? This will let the team access your save for their research.

Also, thanks for sharing the other steps you have tried too!
