Yes because eye wear will probably be a part of the helmet/hat.

1 Yes!

2 Nothing much atm other than the weather should change at a consistent rate.

3 The goal of these changes is to make it run faster, look better and not get stuck on ugly conditions. Rain comes and goes in a clean fashion. Snow looks pretty sweet now.

You don't rewrite all your game code for each new release/update. That would be crazy. 95%+ is the same code.

Now you might rewrite a system, but that is often overkill too. I am updating the Weather Manager, not rewriting it. Maybe 40% of the code has been touched.

We are not planning on doing altitude changes for any of it.

I’m not so sure that the deer are being killed. They may just not be spawning in the first place. I say this because even into the late game, I still see some rabbits for instance, which I’d think would be similarly vulnerable to attacks from non-players.

My best advice is to look far and wide, especially into new or seldom-visited parts of the map where the local population hasn’t been depleted yet.

As long as you don't turn on reflections you can. I get locked in at 60 with high settings. Just turn off reflections options, and don't go above 1080p.

Every Major update breaks saves. EG: A16, A17, A18, A19.

Every Minor update is typically fine to continue a save through. EG: A19.0, A19.1, A19.2, A19.3.

Ok, used another account that doesn't have all the dev builds attached. It is now showing as "Unstable Build". Probably Steam screwing around with things again. All of the builds are now listed by "Description" instead of by "branch name" like they have been before today.

I'm checking on this. Do you see an option that just shows "Unstable build"?

@Shurenai Direwolves extend wolf in the xml, they are NOT zombies.

They also drop Raw Meat, not Rotting Flesh.
It's been discussed before, but, While they do drop Raw and not rotting meat (and of course extend wolf in the xml).. Their design visually demonstrates several traits of zombification onset- Maybe they are not yet full zombies. But they are absolutely infected, and absolutely on the same level as the Feral Zombies. Further, wolves attack zombies as well as players, which is a sure way to get infected- Just look at the lovely zombie bear and ... Read more

I mean, Direwolves are zombified wolves, so....not very surprising that they have intelligence on par with the zombies. You can tell from the glow of their eyes which is identical to the glow of Feral Zombie eyes. (Mind that the zombies have something of a loose hive mind)

Edit: Also to add: Wolves are friggin smart. Smarter than you might think/realize.

The secret stash is different if you upgrade your Better Barter skill. It doesn’t just add new items - it rerolls everything. I’m guessing that’s what happened.
