Looks like we posted at the same time there! We are aware of this occurring with the Left Hand bound to RMB and this is something the team are looking into.

avgergamer and KXkenetics, can you please confirm whether you have customised any controls that could be causing a conflict? If not, and you're using the defaults, could you possible capture a short video clip demonstrating the issue you're encountering with using your fishing line?

Did you perform any specific actions like swapping weapons in dual wield or using a torch prior to this happening?

Hey there! There are some known issues with using PS4/Xbox controller via Bluetooth so this may be related. Playing wired is the workaround at the moment, but any updates will be posted in this forum. Thank you for your patience!

When you say you have fast travelled and rebooted, did you play any more of the game after doing this or did you go straight back to this quest? If you went straight back, can you try performing other activities in the game and then returning to the quest?

Hey there, thanks for getting in touch!

We have noted some progression issues with this quest, and some users have worked around this by reloading a previous save, or switching heir graphics to ultra, then back to normal. I appreciate these are only workarounds. While we're working on a fix, a new save could also resolve this but I appreciate that this is not ideal. Thank you for your patience!
