Just to check, do you mean that when you upgrade workers to artisans, your game freezes? When you say you can still move around, do you mean the game's camera? And when you say everything freezes, do you mean the graphics (character models, buildings, effects) have stopped, or can you just not interact with them?

I'd really like to report this to our developers to look into further. Without specific information about when this happens, or even just examples of specific quests, it'd be a difficult issue for us to track down. If possible, can you keep track of which quests you have the issue with, and which steps you eventually ended up taking to make it work?

Thanks for reaching out on the forums about this issue, @derbaddl - I understand that any Pyrphorian Battle Cruiser equipped with one of those four items is immediately being destroyed after a save load - is that correct?

Have you noticed this happening with any other items, or just these four?

Can you make sure to follow the steps Ubi-Karl has outlined, too. They're in our troubleshooting guide. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game.

I'm not quite sure I understand. Do you mean that, when holding shift and pressing U to upgrade multiple residents, it actually downgrades instead?

Please make sure to verify your game files, just to make sure the files are all as they should be. You'll find that step in our troubleshooting guide. Can you also double-check in the game settings that you haven't changed any of the keybinds?

When you say your ship goes somewhere not related, do you mean just randomly out into the ocean, or do they go to another, unrelated port? It looks like you've tried to send over a second screenshot there which may have answered my question, but it doesn't seem to have uploaded.

If your ship is stopping in the middle of the ocean randomly, I can confirm this is something we've got fixed for an upcoming update, which we'll be releasing as soon as we can. If something else is happening, please let me know, and I'll be happy to help you get to the bottom of it 😎...
