Hey there,

Sorry to hear you have encountered trouble where you are unable to heal

We have been made aware of this issue and are currently investigating.

To help us investigate would it be possible to answer the following?

  • what specific actions before the issue was encountered
  • where were you before the issue was encountered (England, River Raids, etc)
  • whether upgrading the pouch resolves the issue

Hello there!

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble completing "The War Effort." Just to confirm, have you been able to completed the requirements provided on all four posts? There are three posts around the offering boat, and there's another post next to the boat by the fighting area. You can find these by using Odin's Sight, as it will highlight the posts in blue.

If you've completed all requirements listed on the posts and are unable to progress further, please can you send us a video which shows the following:

  • That you are unable to interact with any of the four posts around the offering boat
  • Your current quest log, showing which quests are currently active
  • Your active objectives as part of "War Efforts"


I'd recommend uploading the video to a sharing platform, such as YouTube or Google Drive, as this will allow you to post a shareable link within the forums. We can then take a closer look at this.
