@ns-enibeti Hey there! Welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some audio issues with the Ubisoft Connect application. Just to clarify a bit, does the audio crackle at all when there are no headphones plugged in? Or is this issue only confined to when headphones are plugged into that interface? I do recommend running through some basic PC troubleshooting as well, as these have been set up to help with various issues that can occur on the PC.

@thenorfolkian Thanks for the reporting this issue with not being able to pick up loot. I also appreciate the video you've provided. Did this only begin after the latest update to the game? I also recommend giving these steps a try to see if this prompts you to pick up that loot. Let me know how it goes!

Hey guys. Thanks for giving those steps a try. I'm sorry that they didn't seem to help all that much, however! Are you guys able to click out of the infinitely loading menus at all?

@darkcult Since you're experiencing this in the Division 2, do you recall when exactly this seemed to begin for you? Does the PS4 version of the game also appear to have this issue, or is it fine as well?

@kopfsmertzz Sorry, just to clarify, I meant if you can try equipping the sword in each hand. So for example equip it in the the left hand, kill some enemies, then try equipping it in the right hand and kill some enemies.
