I appreciate you reaching out to us, but I'm afraid we can't assist with account bans here on Answers HQ. It would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and see if the ban was mistakenly added/the rules weren't broken.
If they determined that the ban should remain in place, that means the rules were confirmed as broken during their investigation and the account will stay banned accordingly.

Read moreI think the issue with this is legend power creep. If all legends keep becoming buffed, more lethal. It might make the game worse, less gunplay orientated. The gunplay should come first in my opinion.
