Your only hope is sending the video to Hideouts but he is on vacation right now, and I am not sure if he even reads people's cheater messages anymore..
Other than that, nothing, this game sucks ass, has no anticheat, and has no anti cheater team.
From what I've seen, Hideouts will only look at your message if you are a popular streamer or something like that. If you are a casual player... see you, goodbye :/
Really unfair
One of the best things you can do is to make sure you report them via the in-game tools. This helps us out a lot :)

Unfortunately if the terms of service team has already denied removing your ban multiple times, then I'm afraid that there's no way to unban the account.
This game includes optional in-game purchases of virtual currency that can be used to acquire virtual in-game items, including a random selection of virtual in-game items.
