The command /renounce also allows to do that where the foundation isn't accessible.

It hints at some autocorrected problems with the savegame, it can typically be ignored.

If you have unity crashes when connecting to any server, the reason may be older CPU's - a copy of our statement on that in Discord:

PSA: For the unity crashes seen on joining a world the problem is the usage of very old CPU's that do not support the AVX2 / SSE4 instructions that are required in the new Unity version we use. Those CPU's are all below our minimum requirements, but we will do our best to find a way to enable you to play nontheless. We are reaching out to players affected to test a variety of options we have via custom builds. We'll let you know if we can find a solution that works for everyone.

If that is not the case for you, please reach out to [email protected].

Will this be brought into steam cloud sync at some point, along with your recent servers list?

I unfortunately don't have information about that currently. It might be an option for those purposes, while it isn't for local save games, given they are server worlds.

Please let me know your discord username (DM, or reach out to [email protected]), it seems we have problems with false positive anti-raid automatical bans we're investigating.

I have one of those as well, unfortunately the skills are more Slacking 7 rather than hunting. :)

Not without buying some from a different settlement to be used in theirs.

Property crisis will resolve itself if you don't do manually by unclaiming property of players until sufficient claims were given back. It prioritizes non-citizens over citizens and abandoned players over non-abandoned players.

Hey Citizens,
we have just released Hotfix 10.0.3 to address the following issues:

  • Fixed: Shooting down the meteor could lead to an achievement related server crash
  • Fixed: Pictures in a invalid state (having no creator assigned) could crash the server and corrupt the save game, this fix will scan pictures on server start for this state and assign them a creator to fix save games retroactively
  • Fixed: Some other server crashes that could be caused by pictures
  • Fixed: Achievements were not properly storing progress and some were hence unobtainable
  • Fixed: The levelup animation didn't display its graphics correctly

Civics.eco:
"DayRangeForAbandonedDemographic": 7.0,
"HoursPlayedToBeAbandonedDemographic": 0.0,

You will want to increase the first value to the amount of days you want. Abandoned will immediately be removed once you login and has no consequences to anything if no laws use it, though.

We found a potential issue and have a hotfix scheduled for today that should address that issue. Try again after that and let me know if there is any remaining problems with achievements in general or specific ones.

You should be able to make districts pretty much immediately after you have a town - we reduced the costs for all basic government tables to be viable very early.

Originally posted by Ranix: is the miner then forced to mine straight down under his house? If the mineshafts are horizontal (to find the ore they need to find) the miners are going to be boxed in by neighbor claims that extend to bedrock.

The miner could just mine straight down and not mine any veins. Then he would just suck and have little wealth. Or he could import all his ore from other players. that kind of sucks though.

Or everyone in the town could give the miner rights to mine their property, but that also sucks (now he can steal everything).

Try to find the server in the main lists (like New Beginners) and not the server browser, we heard of this weird problem a few times but aren't able to reproduce it so far. The creation of a new avatar is expected, they are saved locally. You will always keep the avatar you joined a server with and then be able to change it via a dresser on that server.

Thanks, it's likely that, we don't really have good widescreen support yet. I'll make the team aware.

Are you using a non-standard resolution or scaling, like wide screen?

The defaults are false, 1, 5 actually.

If you want claims just by the normal game system - they are spawned in the town based on citizen amount and can be handed out by the Mayor / Founder of it to be used in the town influence.

The modification above would make everyone getting unrestricted claims when reading skill scrolls and is only recommended for singleplayer and coop games and settlements off servers.

We're looking into it, but we do see several of the achievements noted here being given, so this may be a more complex problem. Can you state if where you tried was a singleplayer or multiplayer server?

Locally hosted games aren't put into the server list without specifically configuring so. You need to either use the server id to join or use the steam join function in the friend profile.
