It ticks faster than the damage numbers are displayed. So it's actually faster than that already.
Spirit Thorns has 40% less chance to apply ailments, which is visible when holding alt on the tooltip. This puts your poison chance at 196% with Spirit Thorns, which means it’s technically possible to apply only 2 poisons when hitting twice, but very unlikely.
I’m seeing the same results as you when testing. I suspect there is a bug at play here, I’ll look into it further. Thanks for the report!

Just now getting a chance to log back in. I was able to run all the way to Deep Harbor without any issues this time, and load times seem much faster as well! Seems like whatever the fix is, it worked!

There was an issue with a specific server region unrelated to the patch around this time. Can anyone that was experiencing this let me know if you’re seeing the issue resolved? We’re no longer seeing those errors on our end

Read moreStarting about 2.5 hours ago, a number of our servers in US-West are experiencing connection problems to our online infrastructure, causing very long load times or entirely failed transitions. Changing to another server region will bypass this issue while we work on a fix.
Edit: We have made a change that seems to resolve the problem. Monitoring is still in place and we will re-assess tomorrow if necessary.
This is fixed again now in 0.9.1c, our apologies. This node was fixed during the 0.9 release cycle but it regressed with 0.9.1. We will investigate why this problem re-surfaced.
