As Llama said, it was intended for the boss to drop a unique and an exalted item that go together so you could make a legendary. But it didn’t make it in and we’re still discussing it.

You likely need to enable the Hidden Items checkbox in File Explorer. It’s under the View tab at the top of the window. Thanks!

(Though, that file is overwritten each time you start the game after being moved to the Player-prev.log, so if you’ve restarted twice the info won’t be there).

Sorry about this! If anyone encounters this can you please provide a log file? Uploading the log file immediately after the problem happens would be the most helpful, but if you’ve restarted the game since there might still be useful information if you go back to that spot.

I believe it’s a technical limitation / performance consideration. There’s a similar thing in place for ailment visual effects.

We’re aware of this bug, we’ve been able to mitigate it but are still looking into it. Could you record a video clip of it happening, if possible?

The sound may recover after a while of playing, but restarting the game will fix it for the time being.
