I will update the reddit post for now and explain what happened. But it is really unclear currently. I also feel like it needs a bit of compensation. It is kinda weird to just shift the XP like this and not give compensation. Because taking XP out of the jungle wasn't what was intended right?

Alright i understand the changes now, im assuming it has to do with the 15 XP shift that was in the patch notes right? If this is the case can you please make it more clear in the patch notes. Because I am sure with the current wording 99% of players will not understand this change.

But why does it not say that in the patch notes? There was no reference to these XP changes in the patch notes. Pretty sure nothing was added back onto the item. Maybe you guys missed smt. Im very curious what the intended change was
Well technically the way they scale didn't change (percent of base is unchanged). The base reduction of xp was in the patch notes wasn't it? -15xp on camps +15xp on camp kill for jungler

This is cause base xp of camps went down (and was compensated on item) and camp xp over lvls scales off of that base number (at least in pretty sure that's what's happening). Decent chance we up scaling to compensate

If its not secret - how is this possible. Isn't current chemtech drake entirely new?
The drake is a but a few champions had leftover special casing (specifically the ones with death-related passives such as Sion, Karthus, and Kog'Maw) that would allow them to still have their old Chemtech Death state + their passives. The special casing just essentially ran a check for if you have Chemtech soul, which technically, they did.

Yeah. Thanks. That’s a common report, that turning off hyper threading helps. But that still doesn’t help fix the issue. We are still trying to repro the problem internally, so that I can identify exactly why that helps. It’s not a League engine issue, and no code changes there will make a difference. I have some ideas as to what it could be, but first I need a repro.

For accomplishing the goal of "Players in the lobby can more clearly distinguish who's talking" there are executions that don't have downsides like this one. Like I mentioned elsewhere in this thread we're changing the names for 12.23!

Considered that, but when folks end up swapping roles through agreement in chat it could very quickly become confusing.

- Description: Heimerdinger’s turret count icon on his passive is almost always 1 turret higher than it should be.
- Steps to reproduce: Play Heimer. Have three turrets. Place a turret on the ground.
- Expected result: Icon showing how many turrets he has to place should show 2 turrets.
- Observed result: Icon shows 3 turrets still, but with the cooldown ticking (because it’s actually 2 turrets and is recharging). The number of floating gears around Heimer’s model is still correct (2).
- Reproduction rate: Very high.
- System specs: N/A, reported on friends’ machines too

Expected result: Minimap would show baron icon when it is alive.
Observed result: Rift Herald Icon on minimap far past when it was killed/despawned and the Baron spawned.
Reproduction rate: Only noticed in 1 of my 4 last games.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Play Kai'Sa
Buy Demonic Embrace, Sterak's Gage and/or Titanic Hydra.
Have enough bonus health that DE or TH would give you the stats to evolve, or enough AD that the extra AD from Sterak's would give the evolve.
Expected Result: Q/W can be evolved.
Observed Result: Bonus stats from Demonic Embrace, Sterak's Gage, and Titanic Hydra don't count towards Q/W evolves, while they do from other items (like Muramana).
Reproduction Rate: 100%

This is fixed for 12.23, should also work on new items such as Rod of Ages
