Hey there @jcaran2021, I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing problems with your XP on Rainbow Six Extraction. To help me take a closer look into this issue, could you please share two videos or me? It would be great if you could share one video displaying your XP beforehand, and one video showing you gain XP from completing a mission, but it not updating/going up on the tracker.

You could directly upload the clips to an online video-sharing platform like Twitter or YouTube. You should not be able to play ranked matches if your phone number has not been added to your Ubisoft account.
