In order to use the cross-progression features of the game, you will need to link your PS4 and PC platform to the same Ubisoft Account.

When you launch the game for the first time on PS4 you will be asked to enter your Ubisoft Account login details, same with PC. You can check your console is linked, by logging into our account manager website here, and checking your linked accounts >> https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information
