Sorry to hear you are having this issue! Please attach a proof of purchase to that ticket directly by opening " My cases." Once received, we will be able to look into that for you and get this resolved!

Hi there! I looked into this for you, and the purchase that you made for 2670 Rainbow Credits didn't finalize. Any charge on your bank account was a pending charge. That charge, depending on the bank, will be removed after 7 to 10 business days.

I would recommend trying to purchase again if you'd still like the credits! If you continue to have issues, I'd recommend making a support ticket by going to our support page, scrolling to the bottom, and clicking "Contact Customer Support".
