Thank you for sharing your experience with us. If you have not done so already, you'll want to start by clearing the cache on your system. To do this: hold the power button down for a few seconds before shutting the system down and then you'll want to leave it unplugged for two minutes before starting everything back up again. If you have your xbox + uplay account linked, and you install uplay it should show up in your game library on uplay (for PC).

If you've properly linked up your uplay account, it should be in your library. Make sure you're logging into the same uplay account on PC that you use with your console first. Then go to my games, and search for the TTS. If it's still not there, can you send in a ... Read more
