This will probably be the last Ubi title I buy until they change their tune. Sad that AAA game studios have pretty much embraced caveat emptor....

Hi guys,

Are you still experiencing this issue?

Some users have found that restarting their Uplay Client/System fixed the issue.
For Xbox1 players we suggest clearing your Xbox Cache and restarting the game. (Cache Clear walkthrough)

Hello and welcome to the Forums,

Uplay PC CD keys are unique and can only be used once. Once they are used, they are bound to the Uplay account that was logged in at the time of initial activation. Because of this, family sharing isn't possible unless you let them play on your account. If you have more questions, please feel free to contact our Ubisoft Support.

Hello Hobbit, welcome to the Ubisoft forums! Can you please do the following?

1) Please turn the console off and unplug it from the wall for at least two minutes before plugging it in again. <--- Very important!
2) After clearing the cache, go to My Games & Apps -> Manage Game -> Add-Ons and install the Season Pass.

Sorry to hear that you're having some connection issues.

Can you please check your NAT Type in-game by clicking on the options/settings tab, and letting us know what it says?
