There is no cross-platform progression in Apex Legends, I'm afraid. If you've been playing on PlayStation, your progress would not transfer to PC or vice versa.

I was curious about something. Looking at the DxDiag you attached earlier, it looks like it had a problem when it tried finding your video capture devices. Do you have a webcam connected to your PC?

Can we try changing the DNS on your PS4 as well to see if that makes any difference? I've seen some cases where that can make a difference in similar issues. You can update the DNS on your console using the steps below: 

1. Open the PS4 Settings and go to Network 
2. Select Set Up Internet Connection 
3. Choose Wi-Fi or LAN Cable depending on how your console is connected to the internet ...

So just to make sure, even without the speaker connected it still isn't detecting your mic in Apex Legends? If you look at your Windows sound settings at the same time Apex Legends is running, does it show that your mic is set as the input device?
