Sometimes this can happen because of the location settings on your account. Can you double-check your EA Account and your Steam account to make sure they're set to the correct region where you live?

The dive trails for each season are temporary. You'll have the trail for the next season, but once that season ends you'll lose the trail. This has been the case since Season 3, but there was a bug in the past that was causing some trails to stick around longer than intended. That issue has since been fixed, so the trails have been removed as originally intended.

It looks like there are some system processes crashing in the diagnostics. When you've got the chance could you try running the Windows System File Checker tool to see if it's able to find any issues? I am curious if that might help with the connection problems.

I'm afraid that account bans are not something we can help with here on Answers HQ. If the Terms of Service team has already reviewed the account and determined the ban won't be lifted, then the account will remain banned.
