You won't see any rewards until the end of the season. You'll have the chance to rank up again in split 2, and at the end of the season you'll get the rewards for the highest rank you reached in either split 1 or split 2.

Are you seeing any of the in-game performance icons popping up before it gives you the error?
The Terms of Service team reviews all appeals that come through. If they reviewed the account and determined the ban won't be lifted then I'm afraid that it will not be unbanned.

If you're still seeing the friend on your friend list, but they're showing as offline, can you try removing and re-adding them to your friends to see if that helps? I've seen a few cases in the past where that can make a difference.

Do you remember if you last played before the max level was actually changed? As far as I can remember those packs would have automatically gone out around that time, so if they were never opened they should still be there.

What you're describing sounds like it could be an IP address conflict between the two Xbox consoles on your network.
When you have the chance can you try setting a static IP address for both consoles to see if that helps? The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP address if you need more info.

Those dive trails were intended to be temporary since the start of season 3. There was an issue that was causing them to stick around longer than intended, which was just recently fixed. Since the issue was fixed, the dive trails that were supposed to be temporary will have been removed.

How is your PS4 connected to the internet? Is it using wifi, or is it connected with a network cable? If it's using wifi, would it be possible to try connecting it with a network cable to see if that makes any difference?
