Have you checked to see if there are any updates available for your BIOS? I've seen some cases where that can help with DXGI errors like this.

Sometimes that can happen if you're in a location where Apex Coins can't be sold due to local laws. Have you changed the location on your account? If so, you may need to revert the change in order to purchase Coins.

Did this happen after you unlinked your platform account from your EA Account? If so, you would need to relink it with the original EA Account to restore your progress.

Does your version have the 7.1 channel button on the inline controls? If so, can you try disabling that if it's currently active? I am curious if that would make a difference.

Another thing that could help is setting a static IP address for your PlayStation. I've seen some cases where an IP address conflict can cause similar issues, so I am curious if that would make a difference here. 

 

The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set up a static IP. If you're able to give that a shot please let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Can we also try updating the DNS on your PlayStation to see if that helps? I've seen some cases where that can make a difference as well. You can change the DNS using the following steps:

Have you tried starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps? Sometimes other software running in the background can cause this error, and a Clean Boot may help narrow it down.

How is your console currently connected to the internet? Does it use a wifi connection, or is it connected with a network cable? If it's using wifi, is it possible to try connecting it with a cable instead?
