I saw some similar reports yesterday, and repairing the game fixed it for most of the people I was seeing. When you have the chance please give it a shot and see if it helps. If you're still running into any crashing issues afterward please let me know.

I'm afraid there is no cross-platform progression in Apex Legends. Your progress and items are unique to each platform, so if you start playing on PC it would be a new account. Your Xbox progress would not transfer.

Have you had a chance to try setting a different DNS in Windows to see if that makes any difference at all? I've seen some cases in the past where using a different DNS can help with similar issues.

I'm sorry, but account bans are not something we can investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to determine if the account ban can be overturned. If you've already contacted them that's all you need to do right now. They will follow up with you via email as soon as possible. 


The TOS team reviews appeals like this on a per-case basis, so the length of an investigation can take some time depending on how many cases they are working through. Unfortunately I don't have any way to see exactly how long an investigation may take, but please watch your email for their reply.
